Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or add member quota at any time. Membership is top-up-able, so you only pay for the capacity you actually need.

Yearly billing is charged annually and works out around 20% cheaper per month than paying monthly. Monthly billing gives you maximum flexibility with no annual commitment.

Pricing is per branch — each location runs on its own plan. The Enterprise tier is designed for brands operating eight or more branches.

Yes. A fully branded mobile app is available as an add-on and is included with Enterprise, giving members a native app experience under your own brand.

All plans include standard support and the self-serve admin portal. Enterprise customers get dedicated support, plus system customisation, SSO and a dedicated server.
