To set up birthday rewards, navigate to the Loyalty Program - Essentials and open the Birthday Rewards section.

Add the desired rewards and specify the quantity. If needed, include a notification to inform customers about their birthday rewards.

Choose whether to enable the rewards for new signups.

Finally, click “Submit” to save all changes.
